iPhone Can automations launch a radio specific radio station via the music app?

I would like my phone to launch and play the local NPR station when connected to car play. Currently I use Siri to ask it to play and it plays via the music app, but I can't figure out a way for a Siri shortcut or automation to start a specific station.

I would like my phone to launch and play the local NPR station when connected to car play. Currently I use Siri to ask it to play and it plays via the music app, but I can't figure out a way for a Siri shortcut or automation to start a specific station.

Frequently when you do an action, it is saved in Shortcuts as a repeatable action or Suggestion.

Open Shortcuts. Create a new shortcut. Then hit the plus sign to add an action and see if your radio station selection is listed under Suggestions. If it is, you can incorporate it into a permanent Shortcut.
