Can Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Play on late 2008 Macbook?

Since I upgraded to 4GB Ram & have a 2.4Gh core 2 duo processor, I was wondering if Modern Warfare 2 can play on my computer. Its a late 2008 Macbook & I also have Windows XP already on my computer. Its seems alright on the requirements that it can run on my computer, but i'm just not sure about the graphics. I need help!
