If an app customer decides to sue you because of X does the Apple iTunes/AppStore agreement every customer agrees to protect the developer from the customer or just Apple from the customer ?

Also what ability does the customer have to sue the developer? (I'm in the UK but sell worldwide).

examples of X :
- they believe your app drains their battery
- it advised them to do something they felt harmful e.g an exercise app says do 10 pull-ups and they fall and hurt themselves
- the app lost some data

Anyone can sue anyone, it's the way of the USA.

Even if they are wrong.
