Can Disk Util clone both the Recovery and Lion Partitions?

If I want an exact copy of my Lion drive, can I get disk utility to do this somehow via the "restore" tab in Disk Util, or would it only be good for cloning the Lion partition without the hidden recovery one? In other words can I drag the entire drive in as the source or only the Lion partition by itself? If not what would do it?

Also can someone check to see how big their recovery partition is set as?
