Will UPS leave watch with doorman? Do I need to fill out the release form or can the doorman sign?

If you have a doorman / concierge, I'd call UPS and make sure they add the instruction to the comments that the doorman can sign.
Now, I'd only do that if the doorman had somewhere secure to put it!! Setting it on the table in the lobby, it's gonna grow legs!
