Can GoodReader Keep DropBox Account in Sync, Regardless on any Device?

My life and it's files revolve around DropBox.

I love the DropBox syncing feature in GoodReader on my iPad but need to be able to put files/folders into my GoodReader, sync them (somehow) and have them show up on my DropBox on my Mac, or iPhone...or DropBox online...

How can this be accomplished?

This is crucial in deciding whether I'll be sticking with GoodReader or the DropBox app on both my iPhone and iPad....
