Someone told me to try ripping with HANDBREAK instead of MTR, but I don't see a option to set VIDEO_TS as the output. Any suggestions/help!?!?!

Chase R macrumors 65816 May 8, 2008 1,279 81 PDX Jul 25, 2009 #2 HandBrake isn't a "ripper" it is a converter. You have to use a program like RipIt or MacTheRipper to just rip the VIDEO_TS folder.

What result do you need? Do you want to compress DVD9 disc to DVD5? Or you want to convert DVD into AVI or something?

Click to expand... Very, very few DVDs will be able to do this. You need a ripper to get past the content protection.
