Can hear incoming calls

Just had screen replaced on iPhone 3G after smashing it. Now can't hear incoming calls unless on speaker phone.
Any suggestions?

Did you replace the screen yourself?
If you did, take the phone back apart and make sure the 3 connectors are all connected completely and lined up correctly.

If not, take it back to where you got it fixed.
