Can I add a new line to my unlimited grandfathered AT&T plan?

Can I add a new line for my wife to my AT&T account? I have the unlimited grandfathered plan. I don't care about it being a family plan, I just want to add a new line to my current account.

I tried to do something similar, but I had an existing family plan with 3 grandfathered AT&T UDP lines. AT&T added my wife's phone line with a different limited data plan but sharing same unlimited voice/txt/etc.
