can I add an iCal event to Mobile Me cal via a PC

I'm on my office PC at the office.
I booked flights on SW and downloaded the iCal file.
Can I open up my mobile me account via my PC and add that iCal file to the Calendar on Mobile Me... or just send myself an email and attach the file and open it on my Mac when I get home???
