Can I add new graphic choices to pages?

I am making a brochure and would like to add a fancy boarder around text boxes. There are only a few choices built in and I was wondering if I can add some from somewhere, apple site or other.

Also I have the same questions about clipart. Can I get any on the apple web site, I recently added effects to photobooth and was looking for something similar.
