im sorry this is my 3rd question i posted in like 20 minutes but, just to be sure, can i take my white 4s and bring it to the apple store (with a radio shack receipt) and swap it for a black iphone 4s? because its only been 2-3 days.

no. if you had bought from the apple store you could as my friend did the same thing. however I don't understand why you think you'd be able to bring a radio shack receipt to apple and get somewhere unless the phone is damaged or acting up.

Think about it. Would amazon take back a sony camera you got at the sony store if there was nothing wrong?
if they say yes be sure to get the the employees name.

if you bought it at amazon sony would probably take it and exchange it

Did you not see the posts above? You can only return it where you BOUGHT it from.
Simple as that.
+1 on you have to return it to Radio Shack. If they don't have any more of the color you want in stock then you have to wait or just return the phone as others have suggested and then go to an Apple store or other retail location that has stock and purchase the color you want.
Apple only provides the warranty service for the iPhone.
