Can i buy a iPhone 5 case to fit my 5s now

I was waiting for todays announcement before i purchased my case.

As in previous years there is not a change in size so is it safe to buy one now

Just make sure the case you buy has enough of a cut out now to mess with the dual LED flash.

Exactly this. The rear camera cutout has to be big enough for the dual flash. A lot of cases have huge cutouts already.

As much as i love Apple their cases arent worth the price.

$39.99 for that...thats just crazy i can get that on ebay for less than $5

I'm sure the Apple cases will be top notch in terms of quality. But, yeah, no way I'm paying $40 for that sort of a case, or any case at all for that matter.

Apple's 4 & 4s "bumpers" were apparently supposed to be top quality and would get blu-jean stains and fall apart for some.

No chance in hell I would ever pay that much for a case.
