Can I Buy Final Cut Pro? Mac App Store Says MacOS 12.6 Required

Im wanting to finally purchase Final Cut but when opening the Mac App Store it says that MacOS 12.6 is required.

How can I get Final Cut?

I also have a MacBook Pro running Ventura so maybe I can buy it there and download an older compatible version on the iMac running Catalina (OS X 10.5)

Catalina is not getting security updates anymore, you should really update (use OCLP if necessary)
