Can I buy four new iPhone 6?

Will either Apple or Verizon let me buy 4 iPhone 6? I currently have a plan with Verizon but I am willing to cancel and start a new plan if its more cost effective, otherwise I will upgrade all 4 phones as they are all eligible.
 
Just wondering if the two phones per customer rule is still in effect?
