Can I Buy From iTunes US in UK

I have a US PayPal account with a UK Debit Card (Visa Electron) and i want to buy from US iTunes store is it possible or do i have to buy a Gift Card and do it that way.

Edit: I didn't realize the Apple store took PayPal. Good question, worth a try! Worst that can happen is it'll say "You are not authorized"... at which point you buy a US gift card.

Either way the Apple iTunes store will expect an American address when you register the account. You can just give it any US address.

All i want is TV Shows that you can't get in UK. I'm going to try and get it to work will report back with results

Its not electron, i used to have one and it worked

as said you cant do it!

You need a credit card with a US billing address.

I got it now brought a US iTunes Gift Card then added the Electron after i made an account using the Gift Card.
