I could not find the specific answer to this question so I hope you experts out there can shed some light on how this works.
I already have a AT&T gold 6 plus 128 GB on opening day (love it by the way). My girlfriend needs a new phone badly because her 4s is on its last legs. She loves my phone so she knows what she wants. I then went ahead yesterday and bought her as a gift a gold Verizon 6 plus 64 GB on a 2 year contract at the online Apple store for delivery between November 11-18th.
My questions is this: If inventory opens up online at my local apple stores (live in NY so there are many to choose from), when I place my order online will it accept another phone to her one line and THEN allow me after the order is processed to cancel the previous online delivery order?
Just want to know if I need to keep checking the websites for availability and the process in which to do it.
