You'd have to cancel and reorder unfortunately. No way to change just the model within that web order.

The other option is to see if you can change when you take delivery.

Just keep an eye on stick levels for the storage you want at local stores, if one pops up reserve it and then once you’ve got the phone in hand cancel the online order. No other way of doing it really without going to the back of the line so to speak.
