Can I change the color of the bezel on my rMBP 15"

Nope, choice is not something you get too much with Apple, and in this case its their design. I think like the Macbook we'll have an opportunity to buy a space gray and rose gold MBP in the next release but other then that there's nothing you can do to alter the bezel.
