Can I charge bluetooth headset from an iphone5?

My bluetooth headset constantly runs out of juice. I found a lightning to micro usb cable that will connect the two devices. I was wondering if anyone knows if I can charge my Bluetooth device from an iphone 5?

I seriously doubt it. The power available on the lightening port is very small.
