Can I charge my hybrid car using my Thunderbolt or USB ports ?

Just kinda wondering if I could charge my hybrid car using my Thunderbolt or USB ports, and how long do you reckon it would take?

No. Hybrid cars charge off of AC power, which a USB port does not provide.

Depends on the mAh the battery of your hybrid can hold and if it has a USB port.
USB gives 5V at 100mA (USB 2.0 and 150mA (USB 3.0).
