im talking about motorola original charger of some old android smartphone.
on the charger write:
INPUT: 100-240V 50\60 Hz 0.2A
OUTPUT: 5.1V 850mA

It's safe right?

Considering it's not a cheap convenience store charging brick, it's certainly safe. However at only 850mA of output current, it will be slower than an Original Apple 5W charging brick, which can drive 1A. Even better would be the 12W brick.
