Can I choose which credit card to use for Books/music/app purchase?

When I buy a book or music from the store, it asks me to double click the side button and authenticate with Face ID. Then it directly uses the default payment methods in my Apple ID account to make the payment. Is there a way to chose a credit card for each purchase? Or is the only option to go into account setting and change the default card each time?
