Can I clone my mac's HDD using windows?

I've done this a lot of times in the past with superduper and carbon copy cloner but I don't have an enclosure avaiable now and would iike to clone the disk today as it's acting weird and I think it's dying.

Is there a utility to copy mac HDD's through windows?
