Can I connect my apple airport extreme to a proxy service?

I'm using secure-tunnel to connect to the internet using a secure proxy connection. Is there anyway to get my router connecting to the proxy... so that I don't have to setup each program on my computer manually?

There are options in the Network pane of System Preferences.app (you have to click advanced for the Leopard options though I believe).
