Can I customise the way to clear my browsing history in Safari (using a script, Safari extension or anything else)?

Hi,
I'm looking for something to customise the way I clear my browser history.
There are 2 things that bother me with the current situation:
  1. I'd like to keep the websites data of my pinned tab so that I don't have to reconnect to these, reconfigure their appearances, etc. when clearing my browser history,
  2. I'm using Web Authentification with TouchID for a specific website and the security key is no longer valid after clearing the browser history. So I have to log in with pwd, delete the current key and recreate a new one. Sigh...
Is there a trustworthy Safari Extension, a script to run in the Terminal or anything else that I could use so that in one click I can clear all my history except for some predetermined websites?
