can i delete software system updates ,it took large space?!

What is the parent directory (or, better yet, the path to) the items you hope to delete.
I'm thinking of an answer in the form of /yourusername/Downloads or something similar.
An easy way to get this information is to open a Terminal shell, and simply drag one of the items into that shell's window. Select, copy, paste the text that follows the prompt.
