Can I delete this folder?

There are files in the folder with "Microsoft_Internet_Explorer.pyc" and "Microsoft_Internet_Explorer.pyo" Can I delete this the Explorer folder at /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/plat-mac/lib-scriptpackages/Explorer

If you're not certain about what you're doing, it's a good idea to leave your Sytem and Library folders alone. Why do you want to delete it?
