I have a 16GB iPhone 6S+ running the most recent iOS updates and I usually only have around 1GB of space left on it.

It appears that when the space is near filling up iOS deletes apps and puts a little cloud icon next to them. I take this as they it creating space and logically when I try to open the app again it will re-download the app.

I need to disable this. I don't care about if the space is full. I will maintain it myself. Is this possible?

Thanks.
