Can I do an exchange in this case?

Hi guys,
I bouth a 16G Wifi only at Target like 1 month ago because i own a Red Card that gave me 5% off plus they do have 90- days return policy. I quickly realized that I need ATT ones for my job and they did not have any instock until 3 days ago. So my question is can i still return mine since it is still within 90 days and also can someone tell me how ATT monthly plan works cuz i dont need Internet 24/7? I am really appreciated all inputs from you guys and thanks in advance.

If it is within the return policy from the store you can return it.

The AT&T is a monthly prepaid plan. So lets say you know in August you need 3G data however in September you are overseas and don't need data. You will buy prepaid data at the beginning of August and when that data expires in September you won't renew it until you need data again. You can do all the prepaid data stuff directly in the iPad settings app.
