Can I do realtime video from JVC everio to imovie HD or '08 to projector?

Hello folk, I have a camera hanging above a kitchen workstation. I want to have the video being played in realm time projected onto a screen behind me. Is it possible?

Plug the screen into the camera using the AV cables that came with it.

I'd connect the camera to a projector with video inputs. The screen doesn't have any connections.

Ahh, yes, when you mean screen = plain white pull-down screen. I was thinking screen = large monitor.
