iPod can i do this - faster?

hi all.. we are looking at my source list here...

i am making all my albums into their own individual playlists (applescripts didn't work), now a few questions

1, when i make a playlist from selection, it jumps to the newly created playlist... anyway tpo stop this, it'll save a few clicks

2, i want to put a • before each playlist name to distinguish it as an album - anyway to implement this automatically? its too tedious to go through 200 odd albums and input them... i have only done about 40 albums... pease help
