I have an att contract, and so does my girlfriend.

Can she go get the phone for her account (since she is upgrade-eligible), and just give it to me?

I would need to put my sim in it and activate it, but im not sure how thatll work now that all that must be done in store?

I think it has to stay on the line, it cant transfer accounts. I am just assuming.
