Nope, you're stuck.... unfortunately.

I'd be surprised if on Wednesday they released 4.1... doesn't seem to be as much beta activity on 4.1 recently to indicate imminent release, but who knows... since the last version was pretty stable they may just be holding it to release on Wednesday.

As for the overall question, no, there's no way to downgrade if you got a device with 4.0.2 out of the box and have no SHSH backed up with Cydia or TinyUmbrella.

Just gotta wait patiently and hope that there's a new JB release when 4.1 comes out.
