Hi, I am looking to downgrade from lion to snow leopard. I have a copy on a usb drive. I want to wipe the drive and reinstall fresh. How can I do this?

Boot from the USB drive by holding alt on start up. When the installer loads, use the menu bar to open disk utility to wipe your drive.

Then install Snow Leopard. This is all that assuming your copy that you talk of is a bootable installation of Snow Leopard.

If it's not you can use disk maker to make it so http://liondiskmaker.com then do the above.
