Can I edit a default iPhone wallpaper?

Hi all,

Does anyone have the attached wallpaper in full iPhone 4 resolution?

Failing that, does anyone know how I can get it onto my computer.

I'd like to do a little colour editing for my own use.

Thanks for that rk1991, but I would really like this in 960x640 iPhone 4 resolution.

Anyone know how I can pull it off my phone? If that is even possible.

I don't think the wallpapers were created for the retina display. You can always download the files directly by jailbreaking your phone and SSH-ing into '/private/var/mobile/Library/Wallpaper'.

I have downloaded this wallpaper in the 320x480 resolution (from the link above) and it looks awful on my retina display, I think that this particular wallpaper at least is in retina resolution on my iPhone 4.

I don't really want to jailbreak my iPhone. Is there anyone reading with a jailbroken iPhone who is willing to extract this wallpaper for me?

I know this is a bit of an old thread but are the iOS default wallpapers not in retina resolution?

I've been looking for them everywhere but only find the 3GS resolution.
