My wife is struggling with a work project and I can't help, hoping some of you knowledgeable guys will know a lot more.

She's putting together a PowerPoint presentation on Office 2008 and is struggling to embed (or even link) an mp4 file.

Whatever we do seems to fail. I've read a bit online and it seems we might not be able to embed it but don't know how to link to it.

To be honest, I know nothing about PowerPoint and she knows just a little bit more.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Nobody wants a frustrated wife!

We have Powerpoint on PCs at work. I gave up a long time ago trying to insert videos into Powerpoint presentations and getting them to play successfully. I use my Mac and Keynote. Works everytime. Not much use to your wife though.
