I bought it from apple. Basically they said I had 14 days but was not sure if that included if opened and used. They never got their white shipment at the store so I just got black and I thought I'd like it but idk I originally wanted white.

When I bought mine I was told I could return or exchange w/i 14 days for any reason as long as it was in salable condition; i.e., no cosmetic issues, & had box, accessories.

Yeah, you can return or exchange at the apple store no questions ask within 14 days if its in perfect condition of course, accessories and box must be included obviously.

Yup. I'm doing the same thing with mines that I bought from Target. I'm going to wait until they get white, then exchange my black.
