I ordered a BTO MBP 14" on launch day, got it on the first day of deliveries. Now, I'm thinking that I made a mistake by going 14 instead of the 16 and I'd like to, ideally, exchange it versus returning and purchasing a new one. My 14 day window will leave me laptop-less until a new BTO 16" arrives (currently December estimates) if I do a return and purchase a new one. Is an exchange possible?
