Can I export iPhoto slideshow in QuickTime?

Hi,
I like very much the slideshows that are automatically created by iPhoto (with the transition effects, the photos inside frames etc..)... is it possible to create a video from them or should I use iMovie? In case the latter one is the answer, does iMovie offer the same styles and music themes as the ones you find in iPhoto when you generate the slideshows? I gave a look also to iDVD but I could not find the same themes..

You can do this in iPhoto. Select the event or photos you want in the slideshow and go to the menu File > Export. Select the QuickTime tab and specify the slideshow properties of your choice.
