Can I extract email addresses out of Apple mail?

Long story short: My Mac crashed and now I have my old hard drive in an external enclosure. Something happened with the iCloud and now all my email addresses the Contacts app are gone of all my Apple devices.

So I want to know if there's any way I can extract all the email addresses that I have sent to and received from in Apple Mail?
