I have a Mac mini that I want to completely reset the networking on. Can this be done?
The reason is that I am trying to troubleshoot an issue. I have a mini and MBP both running Ventura and both connected to a wired LAN. The mini can connect to the MBP and browse/copy its files, but the MBP cannot do the same to the mini - it times out when you try and connect.
Every time I log into the mini it tries to connect to the MBP and since the MBP is usually in sleep mode when I'm using the mini, I get an error message. I want the mini to completely forget that the MBP exists so that I can start again from scratch, but I can't find anything in the mini's networking settings that will make it do this.
