Can I "Favorite" radio stations in iTunes??

I have a few radio stations that I like to listen to in iTunes and there are about 700 different stations. I want to know if I can make something like a new directory where I can put an alias or a shortcut to a select few stations. Is this possible??

Create a new playlist in iTunes. Drag the station to the new playlist.
