I have an iMac ALS (powermac8,2) and it has a bad videocard or leaking capacitors. At first the video was a bit distorted and now I have a black screen when I boot it. I came across a second handed iMac first gen (powermac8,1), with either a bad power supply or a dead battery. Do you think it's possible to fix my powermac8,2 with parts from the powermac8,1, or vice versa?
