Can I get a 32GB if I have a 16GB right now?

I would imagine that wouldn't be a problem. Especially if your within your 30 day window.
If your not, apple has been extra kind lately, with the given controversy. So I'd simply explain your using more memory then you realized you would. And that you'd like to exchange it and pay the difference.

That's what i'm thinking I just got it last week so I still have some time.
If your still in the 30 day window (which you are). You can absolutely exchange it.
Worst case scenario: return it, wait a day, rebuy 32gb model. But apple wouldn't make ya do that. They'll happily exchange it and take the 100$ extra

Well I could, but Apple told me I had to return the 16gb and wait for a 32gb to come in. Since I didn't have another phone to use (sold my 3g when I got my ip4) I opted against it and figured I would just deal with it.
Yesterday I decided to go to att.com to see how much it would cost for me to order a 32gb since I already got a subsidized 16gb on launch day. $499 with signing my 2 year contract again. Hmmm. So I check eBay, and new 16gb ip4's are going for $700. Hmmm.
