Can I get a wire that hooks the A/V cords to Firewire?

You need an Analog to Digital converter (or bridge).

The bridge will have RCA inputs (from Xbox) to FireWire.

Then you can import video.

They tend to be fairly expensive..... however... some digital video cameras can do this function, too, in real time while others can't. Depends.
