Can I get the hd name of whatever folder within I'm looking at to also appear?

I'm transferring lots of file between a number of hard drives. Like when you click on a hd, its window opens and its name appears on top of the window. Then when you open a folder on that hd, then that folders name appears on top.

What I need to do...is there a way to make the window of a folder on a hd show both the folders name and the hd it belongs to?

only its says its a trick that works for leopard and i'm on tiger

what about something like onyx and tinker tool. by any chance do any of those, or another app, have some system modification capabilities?
