Can I get the Student Discount + employee Discount at the same time?

Is it possibly to get a student discount + ipod touch with an employee discount?

ok heres the situation

Im planning to buy a macbook+get the free ipod touch, but the only way i can get the ipod touch is if i use the student discount(students get rebates on ipod touch)

i also have a friend at apple, i was wondering if i can get her employee discount + student discount in order to get the free ipod touch too

Employee with Apple? If so, isn't your discount larger than the Edu Discount? The Apple Developer Discount is also quite a bit more significant than the Edu Discount.

What if he's a student getting a "discount for friends" from an Apple employee? I've known that to happen.

You can only use the discount in which YOU yourself qualify more. If you qualify for more then one, then you get the ONE which is most beneficial to you./

Keep in mind that it a rebate- the iPod Touch has to be paid for upfront when buying the Mac and you will get a check back in the mail for up to $299 if you bought an iPod Touch. Up to $199 if you bought a Nano (I believe it is for a Nano).

They don't just hand you a free iPod when you make your Mac purchase. I may be misinterpreting your expectations, but wanted to throw that in there!
