iPod touch can I get ultrasurf on my iPod touch if I jailbreak it?

i was wondering If this is possible. And my iPod says I am connected to my schools Internet but when I try to go on safari it says it can't find the server.
it says theirs A router # and an ISP but it doesn't work/ any explinations.

Sorry for sloppy writing . I'm writing this on my iPod touch at panera bread
