can i get webmail on my iPhone?

I have my own website with a webmail email attached to it. The problem is that it doesnt seem to connect to my iPhone mail. I had problems with my mac as well. I had to call rogers to get the ports changed, and even then my outgoing server is forwarded to a Rogers (@rogers.com) email then out.

So i was wondering if there was anyway to get this email account on my iPhone. Its really important.
